About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Veeva RIM Consultant with 4– 7 years of experience in Veeva Vault RIM implementation, configuration, and support. The candidate will work closely with regulatory affairs teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives for global life sciences organizations.

What you'll do

• Configure and implement Veeva Vault RIM applications, including Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documentation
• Conduct workshops with regulatory stakeholders to understand business processes
• Configure workflows, objects, security, document lifecycles, and metadata
• Support system testing, validation, deployment, and post-production activities
