What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end staffing and resource allocation across projects and engagements
• Partner with business and project stakeholders to understand resource requirements and deployment timelines
• Track resource availability, utilization, billability, and forecasting metrics
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and hiring teams to fulfill resource demands within agreed timelines
• Support workforce planning initiatives, including capacity planning and demand-supply analysis
