What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day transportation activities, including primary and secondary transportation movements
• Coordinate with 3PL partners, transporters, fleet operators, and other logistics service providers
• Plan and monitor vehicle placement, shipment dispatch, route allocation, and delivery schedules
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments in line with agreed SLA/KPI requirements
• Monitor shipment status and proactively identify and resolve delays, route deviations, vehicle issues, and delivery exceptions
