About the role

Individuals in the Independence Operations Associate 2 role will assist with managing risk by supporting multiple teams within RSM’s Office of Risk Management, working in the Firm’s independence systems (entity management system (“EMS”), conflicts of interests, personal independence tool, and services assessment tool).

What you'll do

  • Maintenance of EMS relationships and data, conducting consultations with client servers, and reviewing proposed edits to the EMS
  • Support independence and conflicts of interest search procedures
  • Monitoring workload and ensuring assignments are timely actioned
  • Stakeholder and team member support, guidance and communication
  • Identifying opportunities for and proposing process improvements

What you need
