What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
• Actively seeking out a large pool of IT candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, networking
• Handle bulk hiring, campus hiring, and internal job postings (IJP), Sourcing
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals and other sourcing channels
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
