About the role

Manages complex benefits operations and supports strategic planning for Tekion’s employee benefits programs. This role combines subject-matter expertise with analytical skills to ensure compliance, enhance employee experience, and support the continuous improvement of health, welfare, retirement, and leave benefits.

What you'll do

• Coordinates the end-to-end execution of open enrollment, including communications, system testing, and data validation
• Collaborates with Payroll, Legal, HRIS, and Finance to ensure accuracy and alignment across systems and reporting
• Contributes to process improvement initiatives, policy updates, employee communications, and documentation
• Ensures compliance with applicable Indian labor laws and statutory benefit requirements, including Provident Fund (EPF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity
