India Manager I, US Payroll

About the role

Oversee payroll team, handle complex transactions, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors. Accelerated processing during holidays required.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle weekly and biweekly payroll for salary and hourly employees
• Handle validations, reconciliations, HSDL loads, off-cycle and mass payments
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payroll and compliance
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports; identify process improvements
• Ensure adherence to policies, deadlines, and confidentiality standards
