What you'll do

• Facilities & Office Operations
• Conduct regular floor walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and professional presentation across office premises
• Monitor office infrastructure including lighting, HVAC, power supply, workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and building management teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Track preventive maintenance schedules and follow up on repair requests
