[India] Senior Analyst - Marketing Mix Modeling

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) Analyst/Senior Analyst with a strong background in pharmaceutical and life sciences analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, interpreting, and delivering Marketing Mix Models for pharmaceutical clients and be comfortable working in a consulting environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute Marketing Mix Models (MMM) for pharmaceutical/lifesciences brands in US
• Prepare and integrate sales, promotional, media, and market datasets for modeling
• Perform data transformations such as adstock, saturation, lag creation, normalization, and feature engineering
• Build, validate, and interpret regression-based MMM models
• Analyze marketing channel effectiveness, ROI, incremental sales, and promotional response
