About the role

This role is responsible for coordinating the efficient running of a professional services office and leading the business services resources within that office.

What you'll do

• Under the general direction of the Office Ops Sr. Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the office Operations and facilities management
• Work in executing affiliations, client meetings, front office management, marketing & L&D events
• The work may include working with events team to liaise with hotels & external agencies for execution of events
• Key responsibilities include ensuring optimum utilization of space
• Handling end-to-end facilities, interiors and infrastructure of the office and liaising with all contractors for the same
