India Specialist Marketing - CRM at BCG. The Specialist will manage EngageCRM portal (Microsoft Dynamics) and governance for BCG's client database.

What you'll do

• Keep the data accurate, current and relevant, work with Practice Areas to translate their marketing needs into CRM-led delivery
• Also bring Gen AI into CRM operations, using it to improve data quality, automate routine work and surface sharper insights
• This is a data-first role for someone who is comfortable with numbers, owns outcomes and can scale the portfolio
• CRM management and tracking
• Lead and track CRM across Marketing and Practice Areas, with clear usage metrics
