To help students build competency through training especially of Persons with Speech and hearing Impairment (SHI). Publishing the entire Training plan / calendar of the centre Networking with guest lecturers / industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector readiness module / Sensitize employers towards employing PwDs

What you'll do

Help students build competency through training especially of Persons with Speech and hearing Impairment (SHI)
Participate in pre and post counselling of aspirants, using sign language in case of Persons with SHI along with Area Head/Centre coordinator
Support the centre in conducting assessments of the aspirants, again using sign language in case of Persons with SHI
Build capacity of the centre staff in communicating with SHI Persons
