Industrial AI Leader - Manufacturing Industry Practice

About the role

Capgemini Invent's Manufacturing Industry Practice is seeking a leader to own the end-to-end solutioning and delivery governance of Industrial AI engagements for manufacturing clients in India. The leader will translate plant and business problems into scalable AI architectures, shape proposals and client narratives, improve pursuit conversion, and remain accountable for solution integrity through delivery.

What you'll do

• Serve as a senior, market-facing Industrial AI solution leader for manufacturing clients in India, with Steel, Cement
• Lead client-facing solution workshops and build trusted relationships with CXOs, operations leaders, plant heads, process engineers and technology stakeholders
• Shape multiple concurrent pursuits and proposals, creating credible solution narratives
• Independent new-logo origination or ownership of an annual sales target is not the primary expectation
• Contribute to industry forums, client workshops, practice assets and thought leadership to strengthen market credibility in Industrial AI
