Industrial Designer

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Designer to shape the physical identity of our autonomous construction robots. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, aesthetics, and usability — translating complex hardware systems into beautifully functional, durable, and serviceable machines.

What you'll do

• Lead industrial design development for next-generation robotic systems, from early sketches to production-ready surfaces
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are both visually refined and mechanically feasible
• Develop modular enclosure systems and accessibility features (easy tool swaps, maintenance access, component protection)
• Design for durability, repairability, and manufacturability using practical materials and industrial processes
• Own the visual design language of 10x robots — proportions, textures, color palettes, finishes, and branding placement

What you need
