Industrial Engineer - Senior

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Engineering professional with strong expertise in discrete manufacturing, industrial engineering, and data analytics. This role will transform manufacturing data into actionable insights, drive continuous improvement, and support the deployment of AI and analytics solutions across plant operations.

What you'll do

• Leads work studies for new and current production lines
• Leads standard work methods for new and current production lines
• Leads the work for specific projects to create and implement all aspects of a manufacturing processes to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals
• Leads by applying the knowledge or use of manufacturing principles and practices to improve manufacturing equipment and processes
• Leads the communications with and influences key external stakeholders, business leaders, and functional members
