Industrial Engineering & Factory Optimization Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering & Factory Optimization Consultant to improve operational efficiency, capacity utilization, and engineering productivity across high-precision semiconductor equipment assembly, integration, calibration, and test operations.

What you'll do

• Process Optimization: Drive Lean and continuous improvement projects to improve key operational metrics, efficiency, and safety
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the supply chain, purchasing, and design teams to source and redesign packaging/crates and reduce costs
• Assess factory workflow, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency
• Analyze material flow, workstation layout, and resource utilization
• Identify bottlenecks across assembly, integration, calibration, qualification, and test operations
