What you'll do

• Maintain and update centralized trackers and databases for financing agreements, contractual obligations, and project documentation
• Support dataroom operations — including document classification, posting, allocation
• Assist with distribution of periodic financial reports and investor-facing documents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Support the Letters of Credit administration process including tracker maintenance, bank coordination, and renewal follow-ups
• Download, organize, and post monthly bank statements across 20+ banking counterparties, following established folder structures and naming conventions
