Lead business discovery, gathering and documentation of requirements Lead workshops with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, IT and other relevant stakeholder to understand existing processes and business requirements Analyse current state Archer environment, including applications, workflows, data models, integrations, reports, controls etc

What you'll do

• Lead business discovery, gathering and documentation of requirements
• Lead workshops with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, IT and other relevant stakeholder to understand existing processes and business requirements
• Analyse current state Archer environment, including applications, workflows, data models, integrations, reports, controls etc
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability
• Collaborate with data migration and technology teams to ensure business requirements are mapped accurately as part of the overall strategic delivery plan

What you need

• 7–10 yrs of experience
