About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Information Desk Executive / Airport Ground Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing information and assistance to passengers at the airport, ensuring their needs are met and their travel experience is seamless.

What you'll do

• Greet and welcome passengers at the information desk, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact
• Answer inquiries and provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate changes, baggage claim, and other airport services
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and other necessary procedures
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
