About the role

Ownership of data mapping and change control processes, including intake process, standards and best practices for mapping and requirements specifications, peer reviews, etc. The candidate will work closely with EDI and SAP Business Analysts and webMethods Administrators to support, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth operation of business-critical integrations.

What you'll do

  • Working knowledge on SAP IDOCs ,EDI X12, EDIFACT and other EDI standards
  • Working knowledge on Flat file & XML processing
  • Should be able to respond to critical bug fixes in webMethods flow services on priority
  • Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with business analysts, partners, vendors, and webMethods administrators to identify root causes and recommend remediations
  • Understand EDI Analyst needs of Enterprise Application Integration

What you need

  • 2–5 yrs of experience
  • SAP
  • Any graduate

Good to have

  • Root cause analysis
