The AOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring alerts and getting them actioned in timely manner .

Actively monitoring alerts coming from all the platforms
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal uptime and performance
Perform routine system administration tasks, such as user management, file system management, and backup/restore operations
Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and patches, following best practices and change management procedures
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues and ensure seamless integration with other systems
