Inside Sales Executive

About the role

An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential and existing customers, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. This role involves communicating with customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and persuade them to purchase the company's products or services.

• Lead Generation: Actively source new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and following up on inbound inquiries
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service
