Inside Sales - Mumbai

About the role

The Pre-Sales KAM will be responsible for generating qualified leads for Paytm Payment Gateway from a targeted merchant universe and supporting the sales team in converting these opportunities into active merchants. The role requires identifying the right decision makers, positioning Paytm’s payment capabilities, and driving early stage engagement before handing over opportunities for closure.

What you'll do

• Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Build and work on a targeted merchant list across priority sectors to generate Payment
• Gateway leads.Identify and connect with decision makers such as Founders, CFOs, CTOs
• Initiate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry networks to create new
• Qualify merchant requirements and convert them into sales-ready PG leads
