About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will focus on engaging with car owners who have expressed interest in XPEL products, converting leads into customers, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our authorized installation partners.

What you'll do

  • Provide pricing information and address customer questions and objections in a professional manner
  • Follow up consistently with prospective customers to maximize conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems
  • Monitor lead status and ensure timely follow-up on all assigned opportunities
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to improve lead conversion performance
