About the role

The Inside Sales Executive specializing in AWS Cloud Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and closing sales opportunities within the AWS Cloud Services portfolio. This role involves proactive engagement with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and effectively articulating the value proposition of AWS Cloud

What you'll do

• 1 Researching prospects and generating leads
• 2 Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
• 3 Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
• 4 Managing the sales process through specific software programs
• 5 Building and maintaining a CRM database
