About the role

As an Inside Sales Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team. This position requires a dynamic individual with proven leadership skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of inside sales representatives. You will be responsible for managing and developing the team, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share best practices, and address any challenges
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
• Collaborate with the sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
