Insights Program Manager

About the role

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. The Insights Program Manager sits at the intersection of data, measurement strategy, and programme leadership. This role is responsible for helping Scaled Insights understand whether our programmes and interventions are working, why, and where to invest next.

What you'll do

• Measurement, experimentation, and insights
• Design measurement strategies and experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, incrementality and causal measurement approaches
• Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, analyse, and interpret data
• Identify what is working, what is not, and why, translating performance results into evidence-based recommendations for leadership
• Act as a thought leader on measurement methodologies, establishing best practices and guiding teams towards rigorous, scalable approaches to evaluating programme impact
