What you'll do

• Review inspection results and ensures compliance with draw requests
• Responsible for identifying, capturing, and managing system defects
• Update proprietary construction management software with current status, outstanding support documentation and customer service notes
• Perform analysis on proposed construction projects and review Contractor qualifications
• Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external clients to ensure the efficient flow of work in the department
