Instock Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented In-Stock Specialist I/II to support the US Inventory Management team. This role will be responsible for managing purchase orders, supporting brand-level ordering, resolving in-stock requests, developing forecasts, and maintaining accurate inventory and ordering reports.

What you'll do

• Manage purchase order (PO) creation, updates, and maintenance based on inventory requirements, forecasts, and requests from Inventory Managers
• Own and process ordering activities for assigned brands, ensuring orders are accurate, timely, and aligned with inventory needs
• Work extensively in Project to manage ordering, purchase orders, inventory information, and related operational activities
• Review inventory levels, sales trends, forecasts, and other relevant data to determine when and how much to order
• Develop and maintain brand-level forecasts to support purchasing and inventory planning decisions
