Instructional Designer II

About the role

The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, publishing, and maintaining high-quality learning solutions for internal teams and external customers. Working closely with Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and cross-functional teams, the Instructional Designer transforms complex business and technical concepts into engaging learning experiences that drive product adoption, knowledge retention, and learner success.

What you'll do

• Responsible for designing, developing, publishing, and maintaining high-quality learning solutions for internal teams and external customers
• Working closely with Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and cross-functional teams
• Partner with Product Managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify training requirements for new products, features, enhancements, and releases
• Define learning objectives, target audiences, training scope, and success criteria
• Design and develop learning assets including eLearning modules, presentations, learner guides, knowledge articles, job aids, assessments, quizzes, videos
