What you will do Design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning experiences from approved outlines and content drafts, translating written content into visually engaging, interactive digital learning. Leaving it in attracts analysts rather than designers and misrepresents the actual day-to-day. Portfolio strongly preferred.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning experiences from approved outlines and content drafts, translating written content into visually engaging
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, and other members of the training and enablement team
• Need assessment and performance objective definition sit with Curriculum Development
• Leaving it in attracts analysts rather than designers and misrepresents the actual day-to-day
• Partner with Curriculum Developers and SMEs to pressure-test how content will be experienced

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Curriculum development
• Communication
• Graphic design
• Any graduate
