What you'll do

Lead and mentor a team of technical writers supporting refinery and petrochemical engineering projects
Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, operating manuals, maintenance procedures, commissioning/startup manuals, shutdown/TAR documentation, training manuals
Convert inputs from PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, control narratives, cause and effect matrices, specifications, and vendor documents into clear user-focused content
Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, HSE, Operations, Maintenance, and Document Control teams for inputs, reviews, and approvals
Drive documentation quality through templates, style guides, technical reviews, version control, comment resolution, and client submission readiness
