About the role

Insurance is responsible for leading and managing the insurance business unit of Muthoot FinCorp Limited, including developing and executing the strategic vision, overseeing the operational performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

What you'll do

• Devise comprehensive strategies for the insurance vertical aligned with MFLs objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve sales targets, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities
• Lead the development and implementation of the national insurance strategy (Life & non-Life) and business plan
• Expand the insurance business by exploring new markets, products, and partnerships
