Insurance Presales & Solutions Manager

About the role

We are looking for an entry-level Pre-Sales Consultant at C1 band to support Insurance BPS pursuits across RFP responses, solution documentation, RLS creation, proposal coordination and stakeholder follow-up. The role will work closely with senior solution leaders and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, timely and consistent pursuit deliverables.

What you'll do

• Support the preparation of RFP, RFI and due diligence responses by collating inputs, drafting content
• Create and maintain RLS / Role Labour Schedule inputs, resource assumptions and workforce requirement templates in coordination with solution
• Assist in solution documentation including operating model narratives, process scope, location strategy, transition approach, governance model, assumptions
• Coordinate with Finance and pricing teams to gather cost inputs, FTE assumptions, productivity levers
• Work with SMU, Technology, SRM, BITS, Quality, Risk, Security, Compliance and Transformation Office teams to collect validated inputs and ensure proposal responses are…
