Integration Architect (Workday)

About the role

Many of our customers run their core people processes on Workday (worker data, time off, time tracking, payroll, compensation, hiring, onboarding), and a growing number run finance there too. They want agentic AI that can safely act inside Workday, not just answer questions about it. We are hiring a Lead Workday Specialist Architect to be the technical owner of how Leena AI integrates with customer Workday tenants.

What you'll do

• Own the Workday Integration Strategy
• Pick the right integration method for each use case: Workday Web Services (SOAP), Workday REST APIs, Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS), EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors
• Design the least-privilege security footprint we ask customers to approve: Integration System Users (ISUs), integration security groups
• Decide when an agent should act as a system account and when it should act on behalf of the employee
• Make build-vs-partner decisions for connectors, Workday Extend apps and ecosystem listings (including Workday Marketplace)
