About the role

The Integration Services Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting our mission-critical enterprise platforms. This role focuses on applying Managed File Transfer (MFT) best practices using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator / File Gateway and managing enterprise job orchestration using Tidal Workload Automation (or similar products).

What you'll do

Monitor MFT feeds to ensure the successful transmission and delivery of all files
Monitor system alerts for database connectivity, CPU, Memory, and disk space issues
Respond to all MFT Incidents and Tidal Alerts and timely and efficiently
Resolve all issues following documented SOP’s including feed/job changes
Perform routine modifications as requested by stakeholders

What you need
