Integration Support Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Integration Support Coordinator based in India to work alongside us as a true team member. This role turns call transcripts, notes, and open action items into clean trackers, decks, and follow-ups. Time zone overlap with the US team is limited, so you will work mostly from recordings and written context rather than live calls - and you will be trusted to keep the plan moving without needing to be on every call.

What you'll do

• Integration Plan and Workstream Tracking
• Maintain the master integration tracker across workstreams (network, cybersecurity, identity/devices, applications/email, connectivity, procurement)
• Update workstream status, dates, and owners after each call
• Track budget vs. actual hours by workstream and flag variances
• Call Follow-Up and Action Items
