Integration Support Executive

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting software integrations for our diverse range of clients. Your primary focus will be to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the integration process while ensuring a positive client experience. You will collaborate with both clients and internal development teams to ensure seamless integration solutions are delivered effectively.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with the integration of our software solutions, providing technical support and guidance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with software development and engineering teams to relay client feedback and improve integration processes
• Develop training materials and documentation to aid clients in the integration process
• Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
