About the role
The position covers services, loans, royalties and cost allocations, period close, reconciliations, interest accruals, eliminations, and audit support. The role works closely with Finance Controllers, Tax, Treasury and Legal teams, participates in ERP (NetSuite) implementation, and requires a confident professional able to navigate differences between local accounting and US GAAP.
What you'll do
- Record and manage all intercompany transactions across the group
- Ensure accuracy of primary documentation and compliance with intercompany agreements
- Perform monthly and quarterly intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Calculate and accrue interest on intercompany loans
- Calculate and post cost-plus intercompany transactions, including mark-ups and related journal entries
