About the role

As an Intern– Employer Branding , you will support employer branding, communications, and talent attraction initiatives for Zinnov and Global Capability Centers (GCCs). This role is designed for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about content creation, digital marketing, communications, and storytelling.

What you'll do

• Conduct research on employer branding, talent markets, competitor landscape, and industry trends
• Gather, organize, and analyze data to support client projects and recommendations
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and insight-driven deliverables
• Track employer branding and recruitment marketing trends across industries
• Content Development & Storytelling
