About the role
You will make sure every batch meets GO DESi’s product, process and food safety standards.
What you'll do
- Monitor production runs against SOPs, batch plans and BOM
- Carry out in-process and finished-goods checks: weight, moisture, sealing, labelling and sensory
- Inspect incoming raw and packaging material at inward
- Maintain batch records, QC logs and deviation reports
- Track yield, wastage and downtime, and escalate deviations to the Production/QA lead
