What you'll do

  • Update and maintain attendance records on the LMS
  • Manage vendor onboarding requests and follow-ups through Freshservice
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual learning programs, including rooms, F&B, stationery, AV support, and printing
  • Manage participant lists, attendance tracking, and session documentation
  • Oversee virtual session logistics, including breakout rooms and screen-sharing support
