Intern - Payments & Operations Support

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support our Payments & Operations team with daily payment processing, transaction tracking, reconciliation, and documentation. The role involves coordinating with Accounts, Payments, and Operations teams, maintaining accurate records, following up on pending transactions, and assisting with operational reports.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily payment processing and tracking
• Maintain payment records and update internal trackers
• Coordinate with the Accounts, Payments and Operations teams for pending payments
• Assist in checking booking details, invoices and supporting documents
• Follow up on pending transactions and help resolve payment-related issues
