About the role

The IA Central team within Internal Accounting at Plante Moran serves as a key operational and technical support function responsible for maintaining the integrity of the firm's practice management data and business processes. This role will monitor, process, and support data changes and Workday business processes, while also developing expertise in Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) and related systems.

What you'll do

• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the firm's practice management data and business processes
• Monitor, process, and support data changes and Workday business processes
• Process workflow changes in Workday through direct data entry and established Workday business processes
• Support data quality and cleanup initiatives within the firm's practice management system
• Assist with client account reconciliations
