About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong focus on lead generation. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with prospects, conducting product demos, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Identify, research, and generate qualified leads through outbound channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, CRM databases, and online research
• Schedule and conduct product demos, prepare and present proposals, support commercial discussions and negotiations
• Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM, track pipeline progress, ensure timely follow-ups, and collaborate with sales, marketing
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to strengthen sales strategy
