About the role

The Global Design, Workplace & Experience (GDWE) team, within Strategy, Facilities & Construction (SF&C) and Real Estate Services (RES) , is responsible for advancing Citi's workplace strategy, office design, workplace analytics, change engagement, and workplace technology initiatives across the global portfolio.

What you'll do

• International Workplace Planning & Design
• Lead workplace planning and office design activities across the International portfolio
• Develop workplace concepts, planning recommendations, and business cases supporting workplace investments
• Provide workplace design guidance throughout project planning, design, and delivery
• Support workplace transformation and Future of Work initiatives

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Facility management
• Revit
• AutoCAD
• PowerPoint
• Data analysis
• Any graduate
