About the role

This role is ideal if you have international insurance experience (UK or US), strong communication skills, and the willingness to adapt to a voice‑first environment. You’ll work from our Mumbai office on rotational UK shifts, with immediate joiners given top priority. Follow standard scripts, canned responses, and email templates to ensure consistency and compliance in every interaction.

What you'll do

• Handle both voice and email interactions, guiding existing customers through policy queries, claim updates, and account changes—always with empathy, accuracy
• Work from our Mumbai office on rotational UK shifts, with immediate joiners given top priority

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
