About the role

We are hiring an experienced Inventory Executive from the diamond manufacturing industry to manage end-to-end rough, polished, certified, and consignment inventory through a diamond ERP system ( Diamtrade / DiaStar / DiaFlex / in-house ). The role includes all manufacturing issue/return entries, lab coordination, export documentation, stock tallies, vendor stock handling, and MIS reporting.

What you'll do

  • ERP-Based Inventory Management (Diamtrade or Similar)
  • Enter and verify all stock transactions in Diamtrade or similar diamond inventory ERP
  • Manage rough import entries, packet creation, assorting, and splits
  • Handle manufacturing (MFG) issue to factory and update polished MFG return entries
  • Maintain stage-wise stock accuracy across rough, polished, certified, and non-certified goods
