Investigation Manager-RCU

About the role

The role holder has the responsibility of managing comprehensive investigations into allegations of fraud, corruption, misconduct and misuse of Bank resources. The role entails conducting sensitive and complex investigations, maintaining appropriate investigation records and evidence, preparing detailed investigation reports, identifying control gaps and recommending corrective measures.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end investigations and deliver high-quality investigative work products within defined timelines
• Conduct sensitive and complex investigations, including interviews with relevant stakeholders
• Assess allegations relating to fraud, corruption, misconduct, misuse of Bank resources and other irregularities
• Identify weaknesses and gaps in existing controls and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures
• Support implementation of policies and controls aimed at preventing fraudulent activities and facilitating recovery of losses, where applicable
