Investment Analyst - Global PE Fund

About the role

A successful Investment Analyst should have: Educational Qualification - Should have completed their education from a Tier-1 institute or is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Experience Required - Should have 1 to 3 years of experience in front office teams of Investment Banks or investing experience with a fund.

What you'll do

• Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities across sectors
• Track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and target companies
• Support initial screening of deals, including preparing investment teasers and summaries
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, comparables, precedent transactions)
• Analyze financial statements, business drivers, and forecasts
